IVA- Sealed Quench Furnaces are mainly used for the following heat treatment processes:

• (Gas) Carburizing

• Carbo-Nitriding

• Hardening under protective atmosphere

  • Oil quench

  • Salt quench

  • Austempering

• Annealing processes under protective atmosphere

• Nitrocarburizing

• Slow atmosphere cooling

IVA sealed quench furnaces are of extremely robust design, a pre - requisite for operating them reliably over a long period of time.

3 different basic standard sizes ( tray sizes) are available w/ the possibility to customize the load height and even the tray size, if necessary for specific applications.

The integrated oil quench offers quench temperatures of up to 200°C. Alternatively, salt quench (for austempering) offers a maximum operating temperature of up to 400°C
