IVA sealed quench furnaces are of extremely robust design, a pre - requisite for operating them reliably over a long period of time.
3 different basic standard sizes ( tray sizes) are available w/ the possibility to customize the load height and even the tray size, if necessary for specific applications.
The integrated oil quench offers quench temperatures of up to 200°C. Alternatively, salt quench (for austempering) offers a maximum operating temperature of up to 400°C
