Retort Type Multi-Purpose Chamber Furnace

This type of furnace is preferably the choice of commercial heat treaters who want to have flexibility in processes and small batches combined. Flexibility is given due to the fact that the processes can quickly be adopted after every batch as the metallic retort allows switching over in between different processes within a matter of minutes. The equipment with its compact design occupies a relatively small footprint. Advanced process controls and automation systems take care of a reliable operation.

IVA- Retort Type Multi-Purpose Chamber Furnace are equipped with oil bath if requested by the customer. This allows treatment of warm and cold treated steels.

In the standard version, the electrical control is equipped with a free programmable control. The process control is working automatically. As an option, the system may be connected to an external process control system
